# Supportress subprocessors

We use third party subprocessors, such as cloud computing providers and customer support software, to run Supportress (the service). We are in the process of establishing GDPR-compliant data processing agreements with each subprocessor, extending GDPR safeguards everywhere personal data is processed.

The following is a list of personal data subprocessors we use. These subprocessors are all located in the United States and some of them host our data in Europe:

* [Heroku](https://www.salesforce.com/company/privacy/). Platform as a service. Where Supportress runs.
* [Amazon Web Services](https://aws.amazon.com/compliance/gdpr-center/). Cloud services provider.
* [Chargebee](https://www.chargebee.com/privacy/#eu-us-privacy-shield). Subscription billing management service.
* [Stripe](https://stripe.com/dpa/legal). Payment processing services.
* [Postmark](https://postmarkapp.com/eu-privacy). Transactional email service.
* [Rollbar](https://docs.rollbar.com/docs/data-processing-agreement). Exception logging, notification and management service.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://policies.heavymelon.com/privacy-policy/supportress-subprocessors.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
